- None.
New Business:
- Next season’s fee per ride will increase by $1.00 per ride, including Schooling Runs. A few years ago, When the CGA raised their fees AVDR
absorbed the increase and did not pass it on to the club members. In addition, AVDR has not increased the cost per ride in over ten years so it’s
long over due. Early sign ups will still receive the $1.00 discount per ride. - This year, AVDR’s schedule conflicted with the High School Rodeo schedule. Doug will review the calendar and contact Pam Belzil to try to avoid
a scheduling conflict next year. - Arena rental fees (outside entities) to increase by $50.00 per day effective next season.
- In order to alleviate confusion regarding AVDR annual membership fees, all membership fees due in January, 2015 will expire August 31st of 2015
this season. Fees will then be due at the first show in September and every September after that. This is to align the membership fees with the
beginning of the season. - The discussion regarding the Annual Awards play day has been tabled until the next Board Meeting.
- Next Board Meeting scheduled for July 1st.
